I am very impressed my this machine.
1. It is built to last. It is very heavy, which is a good thing. The machine is using high quality parts. Attaching a picture with a 12oz soda can for size reference.
2. It is very easy to set up the hardware. All I had to do was plug it in, hook it up to my PC, and the SW recognized it instantly.
3. I love that the SW is free to use and does not require a subscription. It is also quiet easy to use but also has some advanced functionality such as Excel import to be able to put variable fields, which I use all the time. The SW does look a little "old" but has all the bells and whistles to use this machine to its potential.
4. The writing quality is great. As attached on the picture, the handwriting looks fantastic and I am excited to play around with different fonts. The speed is also pretty good. 823 characters including space took about 5 minutes to write. I would have taken much longer.

An excellent handwriting machine. Set up was simple and as described in the instructions. The writing speed is very good and accurate. The software has a range of fonts and useful features, and is easy to use. I found the stroke deformation feature particularly useful and makes each character slightly unique. 10/10 an excellent machine.
This machine is great for business because it makes mail appear authentic and improves cold outreach. It produces high quality results at a fraction of the cost of competitors and there are a lot of customization options in the software. The software is somewhat confusing to learn at first, but the support team is helpful and responsive. The machine works fine with a mechanical pencil, and you can use mechanical pencils that automatically rotate so the tip stays sharp. Really sturdy, easy-to-use pen plotter. Packed well and received relatively quickly considering it came from the other side of the world to get to me. Had some issues getting it going initially but support was easy to reach, responsive, and we were able to overcome the issue. Now that it's up and running for me, I have no complaints with it. Accurate, fast, built well, plug-and-play ready, and looks really sleek which is nice for having it out on display. I hope to have it for many years to come.
Uuna Tek continues to be amazing for customer service and support. I purchased the iAuto Auto Feeding Pen Plotter as soon as it came out, and the team contacted me to offer an upgraded pen holder, free of charge. After I swapped it out (using a very helpful tutorial that Uuna Tek uploaded to YouTube), the pen holder is angled (see picture), rather than vertical, which offers a more natural look when the ink is applied. Further, it reduces any "skipping" of ink that might occur, since more of the ball of the pen touches the surface of the paper.
I am very happy with Uuna Tek so far, and their ongoing, friendly and helpful customer support is a gamechanger!
It is a great plotter, it my first one, so im learning how to use it, it was a little difficult to install because the drivers in the instruction video were different than the ones my plotter needed, but the quality of the plotter in general is great
