UUNA TEK® Clarification

I am writing to provide a clear explanation of the relationship between UUNA TEK® and iDraw Pen Plotter for the benefit of our customers and business associates. UUNA TEK is the parent company of iDraw Pen Plotter, founded by Una Tao in 2015. UUNA TEK operates with Una Tao as the CEO and Klaus Yang as the COO. Here are some key points to understand this relationship:
Founder and Creator: UUNA TEK®, led by Una Tao, is the creator and founder of iDraw Pen Plotter, a business venture that commenced in 2015.
Company Locations: UUNA TEK® initially had two offices located in the United Kingdom, starting from 2015. However, in 2019, we transitioned our operations to China and subsequently established the UUNA TEK® Hongkong office in the same year.
Company Name in Chinese: The Chinese name of UUNA TEK® is "SHENZHEN YOUYOUNA WANGLUO KEJI YOUXIAN GONGSI."
Official Websites: Both uunatek.com and idrawpenplotter.com are official websites owned and operated by UUNA TEK® CO., Limited.
Relation to iDrawHome on Amazon: UUNA TEK® has no connection with iDrawHome on Amazon, as it is a copycat company. We advise our customers to only purchase iDraw Pen Plotters from authorized sources, which include uunatek.com and idrawpenplotter.com.
Sales Channels: At present, we just open shops on Amazon (iDraw by UUNA TEK Official) and Robotshop (UUNA TEK), no official shops on eBay, Walmart, or Best Buy. However, we are in the process of opening UUNA TEK® stores on these platforms soon. Currently, uunatek.com and idrawpenplotter.com, Amazon (iDraw by UUNA TEK Official) and Robotshop (UUNA TEK)are the only authorized official shops where customers can purchase iDraw Pen Plotters.
PayPal Account: The checkout PayPal account support@idrawpenplotter.com is utilized because Shopify currently accepts payments only from company accounts. We are actively working on securing a company account under support@uunatek.com, which will be available shortly.
Bank Transfer Account: Our bank transfer account is associated with our Hong Kong company owned UUNA TEK® CO, LIMITED.
