I ordered the IAuto machine for my business and it is working very well. I use it to send handwritten cards to my customers. It comes complete with an application for on the PC that has everything you need. The customer service is exceptional and have been very patient with me. I am by no means technical, but with their guidance I was able to get it up and running.It is going well so far. I hope it lasts for a long time, but I am sure I will always be supported by their team.

Really sturdy, easy-to-use pen plotter. Packed well and received relatively quickly considering it came from the other side of the world to get to me. Had some issues getting it going initially but support was easy to reach, responsive, and we were able to overcome the issue. Now that it's up and running for me, I have no complaints with it. Accurate, fast, built well, plug-and-play ready, and looks really sleek which is nice for having it out on display. I hope to have it for many years to come.

In the space of bulk handwriting, iAUTO has introduced a product otherwise reserved for highly commercialized pricing and utility that can finally be accessed by those with smaller operations / budgets. The team is highly responsive to feedback and provides tweaks and modifications to their ever expanded software functionality. I'm very impressed with the product and the company that stands behind it.

I’ve used this plotter to automate some of my svg files and speed up my bulk mailing projects. It’s quick and easy to use, can be integrated with Python and has a lot of functionality that can be tweaked with code. It’ll remain a consistent part of my workflow even after I get the iauto!

We're loving our handwriting machine. We're a premium gifting company that always includes a handwritten note with our orders, however doing this manually was becoming time consuming and resulted in a number of spelling/writing errors. The iAuto fixes both of these problems and is faster than any hand can write. Recommend!

Uuna Tek continues to be amazing for customer service and support. I purchased the iAuto Auto Feeding Pen Plotter as soon as it came out, and the team contacted me to offer an upgraded pen holder, free of charge. After I swapped it out (using a very helpful tutorial that Uuna Tek uploaded to YouTube), the pen holder is angled (see picture), rather than vertical, which offers a more natural look when the ink is applied. Further, it reduces any "skipping" of ink that might occur, since more of the ball of the pen touches the surface of the paper.

I am very happy with Uuna Tek so far, and their ongoing, friendly and helpful customer support is a gamechanger!

There were some initial issues after purchase. After working with the customer support at all hours of the day. We have successfully fixed all issues with learning and printing successfully. I am happily working with the staff to include other features and update the software to make it more user friendly.

I have been very impressed with the i-auto. Its features are one of the kind and is definitely a workhorse.
