I've been using it for a while now, and it's been an incredible addition to my creative process! The machine is well-built, easy to set up, and delivers impressive precision. It works flawlessly with Inkscape and offers great flexibility, making it perfect for both technical and artistic projects. I take great pleasure in experimenting with different tools and surfaces, and this plotter allows for endless creative exploration.
I’m excited to push its limits even further and try new artistic approaches.

It took a lot of back and forth but the UUNATEK team was extremely responsive and helpful. I even did a Zoom meeting with them to figure out what was the issue. We were able to get it fixed and the iAuto works extremely well. It mainly was used to add a wet signature to large amounts of letters for my office and it works perfectly!

I am very impressed my this machine.

1. It is built to last. It is very heavy, which is a good thing. The machine is using high quality parts. Attaching a picture with a 12oz soda can for size reference.
2. It is very easy to set up the hardware. All I had to do was plug it in, hook it up to my PC, and the SW recognized it instantly.
3. I love that the SW is free to use and does not require a subscription. It is also quiet easy to use but also has some advanced functionality such as Excel import to be able to put variable fields, which I use all the time. The SW does look a little "old" but has all the bells and whistles to use this machine to its potential.
4. The writing quality is great. As attached on the picture, the handwriting looks fantastic and I am excited to play around with different fonts. The speed is also pretty good. 823 characters including space took about 5 minutes to write. I would have taken much longer.

We've been using the machine for a few month now and it works great! The software has a learning curve and was difficult to setup on a mac, but once it's up and running it works. We with there was a way to feed more cards in at a time, because we constantly have to be re-filling them. The API works great too. We hope you'll continue to improve the product. Ideally, we'd like to use handwritting fonts in a .TTF format. Converting fonts to the gcode is kind of a pain. Other than that, works as described on this site.

We got an iAuto handwriting machine because for our business we wanted to be able to bulk write cards and envelopes to send to potential clients. We used to outsource someone to do this but now we use the iAuto! It was surprisingly fast to write a bulk of 100 cards, and it automatically feeds in new envelopes. It was a bit tricky to figure out out to batch envelopes w/ different addresses, but once we got the hang of it (there’s lots of blogs and videos to help), we were smooth sailing. Looking forward to creating customs fonts, but they had a few already to choose from that were imperfect enough that it looks handwritten.

Once I was able to get it set up, everything has gone seamlessly. The support I received from Uunatek is fantastic. The community support is also great. I am not tech-savvy at all and was able to get it going. Sooo many hours saved by utilizing the writing machine. So glad I found this product and added it to my business.

Love this product because it does exactly what it's intended for. It's very high quality and durable which is always something I look for! I have used the machine for a good month now and have had no issues with it what so ever. The quality of the print/writing is outstanding and looks exactly how it should! One other thing to mention is that their support team is amazing and quick and will always help you when needed!

Purchased this machine and have been using it for the past two months. When it arrived on my doorstep I did not expect it to be so heavy, turns out it’s for a reason - this machine is so stable and robust and absolute workhorse.

The software and font creator did take a bit of a learning curve to get used to but there are plenty of tutorials going around as well as a Facebook community. Una and her team have also provided excellent support and answered all my questions. I have been using the machine almost every day since I’ve gotten it and no issues at all.

As for its writing ability, I’ve delivered many “handwritten” works for family members. They were all convinced it was handwritten until I told them I purchased the iAuto writing machine.

For anyone who needs a quality handwriting machine, look no further. There’s nothing out there that can beat the quality and price.

Product arrived in secure packaging. Setting up the plotter was simple. Software was downloaded as instructed to Program Files (X86). The program was started by clicking the UUNA icon on the home screen. Approval was given to allow changes. The USER NAME and PASSWORD were entered. The UUNA TEK 3.0 program appeared on the screen ready to use. A sheet of paper was placed on the bed and held down by four magnets. PEN DOWN was clicked. An ordinary ballpoint pen was inserted with the tip touching the square pad. PEN UP was clicked. The DRAWING BOARD options (PEN, CIRCLE, RECTANGLE, POLYGON) were tried out. Then CONNECT was clicked. Then WRITE was clicked. The plotter drew the four objects. The plot was excellent. Here is the problem: I want to draw very accurate images from one coordinate point to another. There are hundreds of segments to draw. I need to have an editor to create lists of points to be plotted. I have not found a solution to that problem.

An excellent handwriting machine. Set up was simple and as described in the instructions. The writing speed is very good and accurate. The software has a range of fonts and useful features, and is easy to use. I found the stroke deformation feature particularly useful and makes each character slightly unique. 10/10 an excellent machine.

I've worked with many HP plotters and this machine really is very accurate, there is a learning curve with the control software, but after you understand the basic functions, creativity will begin overtake you before you know it. As for the laser engraver the only issue I can think of is the ventalation system that is needed, I'm building my own custom "hood" with an inline fan. but there are many online "hoods" you can buy for under $50 bucks. There are up grade wattage laser heads. While the initial laser head I have is not a fancy type like XTOOL, with programmable focus, but you can still make anythig you want without having to spend a lot !

This machine is great for business because it makes mail appear authentic and improves cold outreach. It produces high quality results at a fraction of the cost of competitors and there are a lot of customization options in the software. The software is somewhat confusing to learn at first, but the support team is helpful and responsive. The machine works fine with a mechanical pencil, and you can use mechanical pencils that automatically rotate so the tip stays sharp. For anyone using the web font creator, I would also suggest trying the desktop software creator since it has more options. Overall a great product and team
