An extraordinary machine. Was just surprised by the low price, in particular for the A0 version.
I ordered my machine at the very end of August and expected it to arrive early October. It arrived nearly 2 weeks early. It was much bigger than I expected (in a good way). Once set up it measures 130cm X 108cm with the X axis motors overhanging that by another 4,5 cm. The construction was simple, there was barely a need to reference any guides as it is quite intuitive, but I did just to double check. Inkscape and the updates installed easily enough on my Mac and with in an hour of arrival I was testing it out. I did hit a snag however, and at first the machine was only printing up to an A3 size. It seemed I did not have the most recent update to the software. Customer support was quick to respond. New updates installed however it still wasnt extending to its full reach. I reached back out for support and we set up a call with their technician who trouble shooted with me until we got it figure out. In the end I simply need to delete Inkscape and reinstall the software- since then its been an absolute dream to play with.
Assembly is very well guided by the videos provided. The machine is fast and seems reliable. Inkscape extension works great on first try. Sure it's a bit of a rough/no design approach to a pen plotter, but for this very reason inspires confidence, confidence confirmed by the great support and responsiveness of the team. The delivery was super fast and the product arrived in pristine condition. Suggested an improvement and was very surprised the team was listening and willing to implement on new models. Good job!
