How to Setup Automatic Signatures With iAuto Free GFont Creator Windows App and Any Digital Tablet w/ Stylus

In today’s fast-paced business environment, efficiency is key. However, while speed is important, the personal touch in communications—like handwritten signatures—remains valuable. The UUNA TEK® iAuto automatic handwriting machine is designed to offer both efficiency and authenticity by creating natural-looking, handwritten signatures that closely mimic real human handwriting. This article will explore why automatic signatures are important and provide a step-by-step guide to setting up and using iAuto to produce authentic-looking signatures.

 1. Why Automatic Signature is So Important?

In an era where digital efficiency often overshadows personal connections, maintaining a personalized touch in business communications is crucial. Automatic signatures offer a way to combine the efficiency of automation with the warmth and authenticity of handwritten signatures. Here’s why they matter:
Efficiency with Authenticity: The iAuto doesn’t just save time; it enhances the quality of your communications. Unlike standard autopens or digital signatures, iAuto’s automatic handwriting capabilities produce signatures that are indistinguishable from hand-signed ones. This is achieved through the machine’s ability to mimic the variations in pressure, stroke in real handwriting.
Consistency and Variety: While consistency is important for branding, the iAuto goes a step further by offering different variations of the same signature. This means each signature, though consistent, carries slight natural variations, making it appear as though it was hand-signed every time. This combination of consistency with natural variation adds an extra layer of authenticity, which is especially valuable in customer-facing documents. Enhanced Professionalism: Using iAuto for automatic signatures allows businesses to maintain a high level of professionalism while also delivering a personal touch. Whether it's a contract, an invitation, or a personalized letter, recipients are more likely to perceive these documents as thoughtfully prepared when they include what appears to be a hand-signed signature.

2. How to Setup Automatic Signatures With iAuto

Setting up automatic signatures with iAuto is a straightforward process that enables you to create a personalized handwritten font and use it for bulk signing tasks. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
(1) Custom Handwritten Fonts
First of all, in order to more realistically reflect your handwriting, it is recommended to create a personalized font through the custom handwriting font function.
With our font customization software, we can customize our own handwriting font style. First open the following font customization website (supports mobile phones, tablets and computers at the same time): http://154.85.41.14

In our newest font customization software, you can write each letter up to 20 times, which can be randomly switched every time the software is refreshed. This will be very closer to the randomness of actual handwriting.
Here is an example:

The most important thing is the signature at the bottom, which I made by adding words using the "Add" function:

(2) Batch signature with custom fonts

First, prepare the file content that needs to be signed in batches. You can refer to the following tutorial to set it up:
I have set up the following business invitation content here (the signature at the bottom is the one made above):
Then click the Export option under fills:
Set the page, name and address to be exported, and then export:
Click the Disk button on the right to import the file just generated:
Then click Write to automatically write in batches:
The actual effect is as follows. You can see that the signature at the bottom is very natural, just like real handwriting:
